Prof.Dr.Jing Liu is a Distinguished Neonatologist and the Leader at the Department of Neonatology and NICU,Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Capital Medical University, the Neonatal Lung Ultrasound Training Center and Neonatal Critical Ultrasound Training Center In China. He is good at neonatal intensive critical care, neonatal brain ultrasound and lung ultrasound. More than recent 13 years, Dr.Liujing mainly focused on neonatal lung ultrasound research. Since March 2017, the chest X-ray has been completely replaced by lung ultrasound to diagnoses lung diseases in his NICU, this is the first department that using ultrasound completely replacing of X-ray diagnosing of neonatal lung diseases. His academic positions include the Executive chairman of the Society of Pediatrics, Asia-Pacific Health Association;the Associate Chairman of the Division of Critical Ultrasound, Pediatric Society of Asia-Pacific Health Association; the Executive chairman of Asian-European Research Society for Pediatric and Neonatal Critical Ultrasound (AERS-PaNCU), the Associate Chairman of Chinese Neonatologist Association and the Associate Chairman of Beijing Neonatologist Association, etc. Dr. Liujing has published more than 360 papers, over 13 books and Chapters in Books, and has won 15 awards for science and technology of the government of China.

Vince Callahan received his master’s degree from Regent University in 1986 and began a three decade career as a professional counselor, and educator, working with individuals and families in both private practice and in-patient hospital settings. As part of the intensive work that has been done, he has studied the needs of children and the impact dysfunctional family systems have on their growth and development. Fueled by the desire to investigate these and other issues within the field of learning and development he began his doctoral work at Regent University in 2010. Marc P Girard received his doctorate in veterinary medicine at Paris University in 1960, and his doctorate in Science in 1967, also in Paris. He trained for three years in the molecular biology of poliovirus as a Post-doctoral Fellow in the USA with Pr James Darnell, Renato Dulbecco and David Baltimore. He went on studying the molecular biology and genetics of poliovirus, then SV40 and adenovirus, before moving to HIV. He was a visiting professor at Albert Einstein College of Medicine (Pr Hurwitz), the NIH (Dr Anthony Fauci), the Salk Institute in La Jolla (Pr David Baltimore) and Duke University (Pr Bolognesi). He worked for the last 20 years of his career on the development of an HIV vaccine. Pr Girard was the Director General of the Mérieux Foundation in Lyon from mid 2001 to end of 2004. He previously was the Director of the Center for Research in Immuno-Virology (CERVI) in Lyon, France, which includes the BSL4 Virology Laboratory that was operated jointly by the Mérieux Foundation and the Pasteur Institute, and the Federative Research Institute on Virology, Immunology and Pathology of Emerging Diseases (IFR 74), a research laboratory of the French National Health & Medical Research Institute (INSERM). Among the positions held by Pr Girard prior to his appointment in Lyon were Head, Department of Virology, and Professor, Chief of the Laboratory of Molecular Virology, Institut Pasteur, Paris (1980-1999); Scientific Director (CSO), Pasteur Vaccins, a joint industrial subsidiary of the Pasteur and Mérieux Institutes (1984-1990); Vice-Director of the Pasteur Institute, Paris (1990-92), Professor of Virology and Molecular Biology at University Paris 7 Denis Diderot, Paris (1974-1984; on leave until 2001). Pr Girard was the Chairman of the Concerted Action “Vaccines” at the French National AIDS Research Agency (ANRS) from 1988 to 1998. He then chaired the E.U. HIV Vaccine Initiative “EuroVac”, an international AIDS vaccine Research Consortium which grouped together 21 European laboratories participating in comparative Phase I clinical trials of candidate HIV vaccines in human volunteers. Marc Girard went on official retirement on 31.12.2004 but he has remained active, teaching, giving talks and writing review articles on vaccines as an Honorary Professor at University Denis Diderot (Paris 7). He also is a member of the French National Academy of Medicine and of the French Veterinary Academy. He has been the organizer of the “Cent Gardes Conference” on HIV Vaccines since 1986.

Xiangming Liu,male, was born on April 13, 1951 in Shashi, Hubei, China. After graduating from middle school at the end of 1968, Xiangming Liu lived and worked in rural China for five years as an educated youth. Xiangming Liu completed his BS degree in 1976 at Huazhong Normal University, Wuhan, China. From 1976 to 1978, Xiangming Liu worked as a technician in a building materials factory. From 1979 to 1989, he worked as a lecturer in the Department of Mathematics of Jingzhou Normal University inJingzhou，Hubei，China. From 1989 to 2000, he was appointed as an associate professor at the School of Medicine, Yangtze University in Jingzhou, Hubei, China, and served as the head of the Department of Public Health. At the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China. Xiangming Liu completed his Phd in Biomedical Engineering in 2001. Since 2001, Dr. Liu has been appointed as a professor and dean of the School of Pharmacy at South-Central University for Nationalities in Wuhan, Hubei, China. Xiangming Liu has been engaged in the teaching and research of biomathematics, statistics and drug discovery for many years. Gregory J. Redding, MD, is a professor in the Division of Pulmonary Medicine at Seattle Children's Hospital and director of the Pediatric Pulmonary Training Center grant at the University of Washington School of Medicine. He earned his MD from Stanford University. He completed a pediatrics residency at Harbor General/UCLA and a pediatric pulmonary fellowship at the University of Colorado. Redding is committed to improvement in childrens health and health care through research, training, advocacy, clinical excellence and improvement in systems of health care. Redding is an internationally recognized expert and leader in pediatric pulmonary medicine. His current interests include children with chest wall and spine deformities, bronchiectasis and asthma. Dr Shabbir Ahmad is an Economist with expertise in applied econometrics, productivity, financial regulation, educational inequalities, environment, and sustainability. He has won many international grants and worked in many Asian and African countries, where he proposed novel methods to tackle rural poverty and economic development issues. Shabbir has also developed benchmarking techniques to measure the performance of decision-making units, which have been applied to evaluate the performance of different sectors of economy. Shabbir’s recent research focuses on education impact evaluation of the education and social services sector. Recently, he has accomplished Try, Test, and Lean (TTL) project where he was involved in evaluating the impact of policy interventions by using large, administered data to analyse the social and economic outcomes.

Dr. Laura Gabriela SARBU is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, Romania. She received a Ph.D. degree in Organic Chemistry in 2015. During the Ph.D. program she joined several times the Prof. dr. Henning Hopf research team in TU Braunschweig – Germany. Sinisa Franjic graduated from the Faculty of Law. The thesis entitled "Legal aspects of information systems" was defended by Summa Cum Laude. Dr. Peter Averkiou is a pediatrician and an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the Charles E.
